Eden Foods Ume Plum Vinegar

Absolute pantry staple. I put this in basically everything for some extra zip (sauces! salad dressings! sparkling water!) and get itchy if I don’t have a backup bottle stashed in the pantry.

According to the Eden Foods website you can also buy this vinegar in gallon bottles, and I’m like … maybe?
